For in-person sessions, I ask every person if they feel comfortable being touched before the appointment, and direct physical touch is never required to experience the healing benefits of Reiki or Emotion Code healing. You can also tell me you would prefer not to be touched at any time during the session.

Emotion Code:
For in-person sessions, I use magnets above the central meridian during the releasing process, but this can also be done with the hand's magnetic field or by proxy when magnets cannot be used (e.g., pacemaker, hearing aid).

Reiki:
I use a combination of light healing touch and working above the body, especially on particularly sensitive or painful areas.

Touch is not required, but often feels comforting and grounding. Others prefer the sensation of hovering and experience the energy as more powerful this way, so I let personal preference guide the hand placements and distance I use.

The standard mid-tier rate for my sessions is $50 for 30 minutes and $80 for an hour.

I aim to make my sessions affordable and accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial position. I offer a tier-based payment structure with an equity-focused approach.

I am an inclusive and gender-affirming practitioner with a trauma-informed approach. All sessions are held in a private & safe environment and are kept confidential; sensitive data, such as gender identity, pronouns, and legal and preferred name, are fully protected. I ensure that each and every person is treated with compassion, dignity, empathy, and respect to create a comfortable space for each person to explore and reconnect with themselves, their emotions, and their bodies, when they may not have felt comfortable, confident, and affirmed in their bodies before.
